Retail Channel Marketing Manager

The Retail Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and execution of our Residential specific and Ecommerce marketing plans including new product go-to-market strategies, curated product assortments, merchandising, promotions and advertising. The position will leverage data to analyze and discover insights and identify opportunities that will drive profitable growth for Big Ass Fans and our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Strategize, manage and execute an overall marketing plan for the retail channel including but not limited to advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, internal channel partner tools to facilitate relationships and customer conversion, and retail marketing sales collateral

  • Responsible for direct residential, showroom, trade and third party eCommerce marketing efforts

  • Analyze the residential market to determine areas of strength and opportunities to grow our business with competitive insights and trends for product categories, styles, finishes, maturity and price points

  • Leverage sales data to discover customer and product insights, track performance and identify areas for improvement to increase desirability in the retail market

  • Track and report on the effectiveness of different activities and initiatives in order to improve overall ROI

  • Develop creative omni-channel solutions for merchandising, signage, digital content and collateral to improve the customer shopping experience and increase conversion

  • Partner with internal marketing communications and content development team to leverage owned and earned marketing channels to create brand awareness and support customer growth initiatives

  • Partner with showrooms and retail partner marketing teams and portals to drive traffic and create brand presence on the customers platforms, both in-store and online

  • Support the internal showroom teams marketing efforts for scalability to add 100 showrooms in 2022

  • Execute promotional strategy to capture incremental sales during customer events and key seasonal activities

  • Optimize marketing strategy for trade program channel, including a quarterly e-newsletter and interior design program to grow revenue and partnerships

  • Manage all Amazon and other third-party eCommerce marketing; ensure annual and monthly budget is set to implement healthy ROAS, ACOS, and impressions

  • Strategize with Amazon and other third-party eCommerce platforms and internal digital teams to increase sales via optimized campaigns

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience preferably in the retail space; emphasis on the voice of the customer, problem-solving, project management, and marketing campaign effectiveness with measurable results

  • Analytical skills capable of organizing and maintaining components of various marketing initiatives

  • Strong working knowledge of typical desk-top computer software applications to develop compelling presentations and data analysis

  • Ability to present to higher-level management on initiative outlines, planning, and execution efforts

  • Ability to be flexible in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
