THE POSITION

FanDuel is seeking a Marketing Manager, Retail to assist in the marketing efforts for FanDuels sportsbook retail operations as new states pass regulations to allow sports wagering. This is a highly visible role that will require you to work with a cross-functional team across marketing, commercial, corporate communications, legal, product development, and more, and play an integral part in driving value to the overall sportsbook business.

THE GAME PLAN

Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Assist with establishing marketing strategies for existing retail sportsbook portfolio as well as new marketing launches

  • Work with retail partners to establish a rolling marketing calendar that aligns all key go to market strategies, sporting/partner events and product launches with the broader FanDuel campaign calendar

  • Execute strategy and onsite activations to drive overall growth, inclusive of online signups and multichannel behavior

  • Identify opportunities to leverage partner marketing assets and physical retail locations to create cost effective campaigns and events to drive local awareness and reach relevant new audiences

  • Manage the production of marketing assets ensuring they meet the needs of the various physical locations

  • Maintain relationships with local property partners, inclusive of promotion design, marketing requests, and ensuring any locally produced assets comply with FanDuel brand guidelines

  • Work with the broader marketing teams to establish effective comms strategy and overall brand voice

  • Ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines by state

THE STATS

What were looking for in our next teammate

  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience preferred, with 1 or 2 years in retail or casinos, or agency experience a plus

  • Experience executing marketing campaigns in a robust business with multiple, diverse stakeholders

  • Comfort managing concurrent projects in an ever-evolving, fast paced landscape

  • Equal enthusiasm for high-level strategic planning, creative thinking, and tactical execution

  • A data-driven leader that is results obsessed

  • Up to 20 travel required%

  • BS/BA required

  • Love of sports and all the fandom that comes with it!
