The Position:
We are looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to join our Growth team and support marketing initiatives across FanDuel Sports Network's distribution partners. Reporting to the Director of Partner Marketing, you will play a key role in executing campaigns that drive subscriber growth and engagement. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for sports entertainment.
The Game Plan:
(What you will do)
- Partner Collaboration: Support the Director in fostering relationships with device, wholesale, and distribution partners to identify growth opportunities and track performance.
- Campaign Execution: Help develop and manage marketing plans with key partners, overseeing campaign ideation, execution, and tracking performance metrics.
- Content Development: Work cross-functionally to create and deliver marketing assets, including bespoke campaigns tailored to each partner's audience, viewing behaviors, and platform features.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor the effectiveness of partner campaigns, providing insights and recommendations to optimize results.
- Strategic Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to align partner placements with broader Brand and Growth campaigns, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
- Project Management: Maintain timelines, budgets, and approvals for marketing activations, ensuring smooth execution.
- Stakeholder Communication: Advocate for Partner Marketing opportunities and educate internal teams on partner capabilities and growth levers.
The Stats:
(What to bring)
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within a DTC or streaming platform environment.
- Familiarity with the digital distribution landscape and key device partners (e.g., Roku, Samsung).
- Proven experience in campaign execution, including media, creative, and performance tracking.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work collaboratively with external partners and internal teams.
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for sports and an understanding of fan engagement trends.
- A collaborative attitude and a desire to grow within a dynamic, fast-paced team.

The Company is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation range for this role is $120,000 - $125,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates' relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
