SENIOR MARKETING COORDINATOR

Media Bridge is an agency in Minneapolis, MN, that combines media buying and creative services to help clients of all sizes grow and win. Due to growth, we are looking to hire a full-time Senior Marketing Coordinator. Responsibilities include working with a dedicated client team to support strategy, client relations, reporting, marketing efforts, and data analytics. This person will work onsite at our office in the North Loop area of Minneapolis.

Senior Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING AS A SENIOR MARKETING COORDINATOR
  • Develop compelling decks and presentation materials to communicate strategies and campaigns effectively.
  • Create comprehensive client reports and recaps to demonstrate campaign performance and recommendations for improvement.
  • Facilitate client communication, serving as a trusted point of contact and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Lead the management of marketing campaigns, overseeing their execution from start to finish.
  • Conduct internal reporting to track progress, identify areas for optimization, and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Devise account growth strategies and contribute to long-term planning initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough research on accounts, competitors, and industry trends to inform marketing strategies.
  • Cultivate relationships with media partners across various platforms to leverage marketing opportunities for clients.
  • Coordinate campaign creative elements and liaise with internal traffic teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Coordinate with project managers on scheduling and managing project timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Review and meticulously proof media campaigns executed by the buying team to maintain quality and accuracy.
  • Ensure the precision of media placements on client-facing dashboards, guaranteeing transparency and accountability.
  • Support the client relations team in nurturing client relationships through prompt and professional communication.
  • Monitor project statuses using project management tools such as ASANA, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Participate in client meetings, preparing agendas, capturing key insights, and providing formal recaps to drive next steps.
  • Foster collaboration across departments to deliver integrated marketing campaigns seamlessly.
IDEAL BACKGROUND / WHO YOU ARE
  • Possess a solid understanding of media processes with a minimum of two years of experience in the media/advertising/marketing industry..
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines, demonstrating both autonomy and strong teamwork skills.
  • Display meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Slides, Google Sheets, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with project management software like ASANA is preferred.
  • Additionally, experience in strategic planning, client relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration would be advantageous for this role in an advertising agency setting.
