Deco ThinkTell is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Coordinator to join our team in Orlando, FL. The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.

Pay

$21.00 - $30.00 per hour

Job: Onsite - Full time
Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.
• Content Creation: Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across social media platforms.
• Engagement: Monitor social media channels for comments and feedback, and engage with followers to build a strong community and boost brand loyalty.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including content calendars and promotional activities.
• Analytics: Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns. Generate reports to inform future strategies.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into the strategy.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and social media management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and strong visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
