Seeking a REMOTE Product Manager to work with a global finance organization.
The Product Manager (Marketing Focus) is responsible for leading product innovation, product strategy, and the delivery of business capabilities that leverage products within the marketing portfolio. This will include defining the product vision, building business cases, developing roadmaps, reviewing requirements, and working closely with engineering, business, support, and industry participants to ensure business objectives and customer satisfaction goals are met.
The Product Manager will also be responsible for interacting with management and business partners across the company, as well as managing and mentoring other product managers and business analysts as required.
Essential Functions
Lead and manage one or more products within their portfolio
Formulate and gain acceptance for new product strategies including AI supported technologies
Work across team boundaries to identify and prioritize new product opportunities.
Negotiate cross-functional product priorities
Analyze potential partner relationships for the products within company or outside partners/vendors
Support the development of budgets and business cases
Develop epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and manage the product backlog
Collaborate with IT managers and others in order to align and prioritize key technology drivers
Oversee the activities of Business Analysts as required to deliver compelling solutions that solve critical business problems and delight end-users
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or other related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and directly relevant work experience.
7-10 years in Product Management, Engineering or Product Marketing
Prior experience in any of the following domains and technologies is strongly preferred: E-learning, MarTech, FinTech, eCommerce, content management,
case management, data analytics and/or search and analytics
Excellent organizational skills with strong ability to manage multiple projects
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and proven ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
Proven track record of success in their products
