Our around 24,000 employees worldwide focus on innovation across sensing, illumination and visualization to make journeys safer, medical diagnoses more accurate and daily moments in communication a richer experience.What we expectBusiness representative of BL/PL in the region (communication bridge)Responsible of business development in the region with focus on Medical Imaging, Industrial ASIC, Driver-IC (Automotive & Consumer) and FoundryResponsible in the region for opportunity funnel creation and design-win targetsBuilding and maintaining relationship with BL customers in the region in alignment with salesClose collaboration with PL Head / Product Managers for Product and Technology roadmaps and market research across all PLsIdentify, escalate, mitigate, follow-up and find solutions of business risk, obstacles and issuesIdentify, escalate, highlight, drive and follow-up opportunities and success factors / requirements for business-wins in the regionConsolidate technical questions/issues from the customer and drive solutions with local SSE support and/or address directly to related technical expert team within the BL/PLRecognized at the customer as dedicated BL/PL representative with leverage into BL/PL management and decision powerEducate regional sales on BL/PL strategy and goals, Educate BL/PL management on regional/customer needsPerform market and competitor analysis in the region and develop regional market strategy including Go-to-Market measuresSupport product design-in, product launch and consolidate product demand planning (short-term product allocation, long-term LTA) with sales and demand planner and drive execution together with regional salesInterfacesBL/PL Head, Product Managers, Demand Manager, BL SSE, Marketing & Management TeamLocal Sales and Field Application Engineers, Local System Solution Engineer (SSE)Customers and SuppliersWho we are looking forBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Science or relevant fieldMinimum of 5+ years’ experience in Product Marketing or Technical Marketing supporting Integrated-Circuit Design projects within the Semiconductor IndustrySelf-motivated; Ability to work and cooperate internationally and inter-disciplinary in a matrix organizationVery structured approach, ability to consolidate complex fact sheets and numbersCustomer and result orientationFluent in English and local language (where applicable, depending on basementTravel up to ~40-50% of the timeams OSRAM is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
