All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

  • Develop the advertising and messaging creative throughout the path to purchase, using the Red Bull Marketing Mix and driving our occasions strategy and supporting consumer activations

Manage the team that owns the development of Shopper Marketing & Consumer Activations programs; generic, retailer, and Red Bull voiced within Small Format

Consolidate National Shopper Marketing Programming Calendar for Small Format Channel customers (National + Super Regional)

Translate Brand assets and plans into winning Shopper Marketing programs

Design creative and impactful messaging relevant to Small Format Retail landscape

  • Determine the advertising investment strategy in their Small Format customers which drives Red Bull's lower funnel marketing metrics of purchase conversion and loyalty

Create custom, exclusive and slices of Shopper Marketing programs that secure incremental displays which are the number 1 source of awareness for Red Bull

Establish goals and benchmarks to promote and measure program performance

Oversee the multi-prong measurement approach within the Small Format channel including custom research, holistic program recaps, Shopper Spotlight share-outs, After Action Reviews and Annual Learning Plans

Oversee annual Shopper Marketing budget allocation within the Small Format channel

  • Develop custom solutions for Large Format Club shopper insights and opportunities

Provide full suite of programming and lead custom program development for Large Format Club Retailers

Manage creation of Shopper Marketing program assets: concept development, POS messaging, selling materials

Use consumer and shopper insights to identify and trends and opportunities to shape the future of Large Format Club Shopper Marketing

  • Ensure Red Bull stays on top of Shopper Marketing improvement by developing new applications, testing and deploying new tactics and finding new technical integrations between Red Bull and our customers' digital ecosystems

  • 3+ years consumer goods industry experience, ideally within Brand or Shopper Marketing

  • Understanding of how businesses work; have a clear understanding of how strategies can be manifested across the Large Format channel

  • Experience working with multiple departments including National and Regional Sales counterparts and the broader Santa Monica marketing team to influence development of scalable programs that support the National and Super Regional Large format customers

  • Experience leading and setting examples of what success should look like with efficient, meaningful programming that matter to consumers and promote usage.
