COMPANY PROFILE:
Legacy Ag Credit, ACA is a full-service, locally owned cooperative lender specializing in financing rural land and agricultural operations in Northeast Texas. We are headquartered in Sulphur Springs and have six (6) offices conveniently located across the northeastern region of Texas in Sulphur Springs, Canton, Gilmer, Terrell, Longview, and Marshall. Part of the Farm Credit System, we provide financing for farms, timberland, recreational property, agribusinesses, and rural homes.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business or a related field, or three (3) or more years of related marketing experience, including utilization of a customer relationship management (CRM) or sales operations platform.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
In coordination with senior management, establishes the goals and objectives of the association’s marketing, communications, and public relations programs. Directs activities designed to enhance the association’s public image and its position within the marketplace, including monitoring and managing the association’s website and social media accounts.
Directs and coordinates planning and development of the advertising, sales promotion, and public relations efforts for financial products/services by writing, designing, and producing advertising, brochures, direct marketing materials, sales promotion items and point of sale material. Manages relationship with advertising agencies, media, and other vendors. Coordinates corporate promotions and sponsorships on behalf of the association.
Monitors the production of marketing and advertising presentations. Manages advertising and public relations on an association-wide level. Ensures consistent appearance of all association print and electronic materials.
Takes photographs of relevant association activities.
Coordinates, analyzes, and distributes market research data.
Develops marketing related meetings and functions, including coordination of the association’s appreciation and/or stockholder’s meetings.
Administers and coordinates representation at trade shows by setting up and working the booth and ordering giveaways and booth materials. Implements work schedule for other employees to help at trade shows.
Administers sponsorships/donations, subscriptions, and memberships programs on behalf of the association.
Coordinates and administers specialty item orders. Orders and disburses all gifts and specialty promotional items.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
General knowledge of marketing principles, advertising, media, public and media relations, product promotion, sales, customer service, coordination with advertising agencies, website, and social media account management. Experience in utilization of a customer relationship management (CRM) or sales operations platform. Skill in oral and written communication. Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to develop and make effective presentations.
