Responsibilities

Conference and Event Marketing:

  • Work with marketing and business development to prepare budgets, set deadlines, create concepts, and identify conference and event objectives.
  • Implement budgets, schedules, and logistics for conferences and events program.
  • Select and negotiate with vendors, monitoring their activities to ensure quality control.
  • Manage the promotions, communications, and branding aspects of conferences and events.
  • Prepare reports and present them to management post-event.

Marketing Support:

  • Maintain an inventory and directory of company store business development support givaways, coordinating new material creation as needed.
  • Assist in conducting research to analyze the competitive landscape, market trends, and customer behavior, preparing reports by collecting, summarizing, and analyzing data.
  • Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our online presence and engage with our audiences.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing coordination, event planning, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in conference and event marketing.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and online marketing strategies.
  • Experience with budget management and vendor negotiations.
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

  • Some travel required.
