About The Job
As part of Taco Bell’s Marketing team, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in crafting strategic marketing plans, developing go-to-market strategies, and driving both top-line and bottom-line sales growth via menu integration and new product launches. You will lead teams across multiple disciplines and will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact on the business.
The Day-to-Day
As a key member of the Product Marketing team, you will be critical to helping develop and lead our menu strategy for development and execution, collaborating with category entry point leads to test and validate whitespace opportunities to drive future growth for the business.
Support the product calendar commercialization process, managing product calendar development, program alignments, and stewarding cross-functional teams through execution.
Provide thought leadership in the areas of measurement by analyzing business results and sales performance to identify opportunities for optimization, proactively partnering with cross-functionals to ensure seamless restaurant execution.
Lead strategic development recommendations, marketing materials, and achieving key stakeholder alignment on menu management tests and national product launches.
Partner with Brand, Creative, and advertising teams on commercialization, go-to-market strategies, and promotional tactics for new product launches.
Is This You?
BA or BS Degree; MBA preferred.
8+ years of industry experience in product marketing
2+ years in management/leadership and team management skills, with the ability to co-lead and mentor a team effectively.
Positive, can-do attitude and collaborative leadership style.
Relevant experience on well-established CPG products or in QSR/Restaurant industry.
Genuine passion for food and customer experience.
Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills.
Strong project management, presentation, and interpersonal/influencing skills.

Salary Range: $135,900 to $165,000 annually + bonus eligibility + equity (if applicable) + benefits
