And in our post-Covid world – Delivery is leading the charge as a category entry point for the business.The Sr. Associate Manager, Digital Brand Marketing role is responsible for planning, execution, and growth for our first-party delivery channel at Taco Bell. This role supports driving sales, awareness, and consideration of Taco Bell Delivery by leveraging insights, customer data, and innovation.This position is the first of its kind – and would report to the Senior Manager of Digital Brand Marketing. If you’re solutions-oriented, constantly curious, and have a test-and-learn mindset to grow one of the fastest-growing channel at THE BELL® - then you’ll excel with our team.The Day-to-Day:This role will manage increasing the growth and profitability of the first party delivery business and loyalty program.Manages the internal Delivery SharePoint and calendar, organizing all first-party delivery planning, files, creative, and contracts.Acts as the day-to-day contact with our first-party delivery provider DoorDash Drive.Manages the creation and tracking of all first-party promotional programs using JIRA.Manages first-party delivery promotional performance tracker and provides insights, and learnings, and implements strategies for future programs.Reviews and approves all first-party delivery-related creative to ensure brand guidelines and delivery strategies are being met.Manages running first-party delivery tests ranging from UX/UI, menu innovation, promotional performance, imagery, pricing, etc. to improve experience, sales, and profitability.Creates creative briefs and partners with the brand activation team and external agencies to create breakthrough, culture-leading digital delivery marketing programs directed to the app.Creates briefs and partners with the product marketing team to develop delivery occasions driving food forward programs on the app.Works closely with cross-functional technology, Omni channel, innovation, and operations teams to always be looking to improve the customer delivery experience to drive sales and growth.Is This You?Bachelor's Degree requiredMinimum 6+ years of marketing experience with experience in QSR/Restaurant industry a plusSelf-motivated with a ‘Day 1’ attitude – bringing a positive attitude to each project.
