Job Title: Marketing Manager / Consultant

Job Overview: We seek a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager / Consultant to oversee and implement our marketing strategies for our portfolio of companies. This role includes content creation, website updates, marketing campaigns, social media management, blog management, and ad creation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing trends, superior organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving successful marketing initiatives. This hands-on role requires a quick turnaround on the marketing objectivesrecent knowledge of AI and how to utilize AI tools to make marketing cost-efficient.

NOTE: Candidate must provide a portfolio of relevant projects with their resume.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation:
  • Develop compelling and engaging content for various platforms, including website, social media, and blogs.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice and messaging.
  • Website Updates:
  • Regularly update website content to keep it fresh and relevant.
  • Work with the web development team to implement new features and improvements.
  • Monitor website performance and user engagement, making recommendations for enhancements.
  • Marketing Campaigns:
  • Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, PPC, etc.).
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage daily social media activities, including content posting, community engagement, and monitoring.
  • Track and report on social media performance metrics.
  • Experience with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
  • Blog Management:
  • Oversee the company blog, including content planning, writing, editing, and publishing.
  • Collaborate with internal and external writers to generate high-quality blog content.
  • Ensure blog content is SEO-friendly and aligned with overall marketing goals.
  • Ad Creation:
  • Develop and design effective ad campaigns for various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • Test and optimize ad creatives to improve performance.
  • Monitor ad spend and ROI, adjusting strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven marketing experience, focusing on content creation, campaign management, and digital marketing. (MUST PROVIDE PORTFOLIO OF RECENT WORK)
  • Strong understanding of current marketing trends and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hubspot, Hootsuite, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the industry relevant to the company.
  • Certification in digital marketing or related areas.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and content management systems (CMS).
