We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team and our mission to simplify organizational strategy and improve performance for businesses everywhere. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating go-to-market and engagement strategies that accelerate Korn Ferry's growth. In this role, you will work closely with Product, Sales, Support, Account Management, and Marketing teams to ensure that clients and prospects understand the value of our products, driving trial to conversion rates, as well as product adoption and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Strategy:
Evaluate and track market opportunities and segmentation to form strategies targeting both new and existing markets.
Solution Messaging and Positioning:
Analyze customer needs and purchase trends to craft effective messaging, aiming to shorten the sales cycle and enhance customer satisfaction.
Business Intelligence:
Analyze sales and marketing data to gain insights into market trends and customer preferences.
Sales Enablement:
Develop materials and conduct training for the sales team on the messaging for new features, solutions, and updates.
Cross-Sell/Up-Sell Analysis and Execution:
Understand customer profiles to identify opportunities for promoting additional products and services.
Content Development:
Create and update marketing materials such as product presentations and fact sheets.
Go-to-Market Strategy:
Assist in developing and executing marketing plans, supporting efforts to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in creating and executing marketing strategies, preferably in a B2B, product-led organization.
Proven track record of executing product marketing strategies with impactful results.
Ability to translate technical functionality into key messaging that effectively conveys the benefits to end-users.
Experience launching products or product features with cross-departmental alignment, and tailoring communications to different audiences, both internally and externally.
Strong ability to analyze data to inform decisions and measure the impact of your work.
Highly motivated, action-oriented individual with the ability to perform both on the tactical and strategic levels.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
