DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES/EXPECTATIONS:

Develop and manage digital/print marketing initiatives, including advertising, content marketing, email marketing, SEO, and social media marketing.
Plan and execute marketing events, such as trade shows, conferences, dealer meetings, to promote the company and its products or services.
Oversee public relations efforts, including media relations, press releases, and crisis communication, as needed.
Oversees the development, printing and distribution of product catalog.
Analyzes target market information to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches and competitor research.
Develop co-branding and interindustry relationships consistent with the brand identity.
Identifies new market segments and market trends that will benefit from company products.
Prepares effective advertising campaigns based on market research and sales feedback.
Maintains knowledge on emerging products and services.
Collaborates with senior executives to develop growth plans for the organization.
Attend Elite Bassmaster Series events.
To maximize the effectiveness of our Pro Anglers
Support Research and Development efforts.

Requirements

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

EDUCATION & OTHER KSA's

Bachelor's degree in marketing (or equivalent)

Excellent Leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

In depth Videography and Photography knowledge

5+ years of Experience

COMPETENCIES

Marine Industry Knowledge

Established roster of media and PR contacts in the outdoor industry (Preferred)

Proficiency with HTML, content management systems, and design software
