V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager (Remote) for our premier client.
Education and Experience "
- Hands-on experience using platforms to build, manage, and activate audiences.
- Prior experience with customer/user segmentation and first and third-party data.
- Experience in advocating for customer benefits and using a matrixed influencing approach.
- Proficiency in using design thinking methods and analytics to inform product design.
- Proficiency in Site Catalyst, Google Analytics, Tableau, and/or other applications to effectively understand the results of digital efforts and make recommendations for strategy enhancements.
- Strong skills in curating, refining, and developing audiences for stakeholder teams across the enterprise.
- Ability to guide and enable stakeholder teams in their audience-led programs.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with essential business partners throughout the organization.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and align the customer journey and dependent backlogs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Rationalize stakeholder audience/journey requests into discrete definitions or requirements for building an audience.
- Collaborate across teams and with other developers/analysts to align the customer journey and dependent backlogs.
- Guide and facilitate audience-based programs and activations with stakeholder teams, demonstrating the "art of the possible" through audience-led programs.
- Participate in all team activities and ceremonies.
- Focus on outcomes over outputs, using design thinking methods and analytics to inform product design.
- Use a matrixed influencing approach to work with essential business partners across the organization, often at a senior level, advocating for customer benefits.
- Serve as the audience developer within a product team, collaborating with CX, technology, channel, and business teams to activate audiences and experiences.
