Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Senior Digital Marketing Manager role! This is a 5+ month contract opportunity and can be remote in the United States. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.

What You'll Be Doing:

•Serve as the audience developer within a product team, collaborating with Customer Experience, technology, channel, and business teams to activate audiences and experiences.

•Rationalize stakeholder audience/journey requests into discrete definitions or requirements for building an audience.

•Guide and facilitate audience-based programs and activations with stakeholder teams, demonstrating the "art of the possible" through audience-led programs.

•Participate in all team activities and ceremonies.

•Use a matrixed influencing approach to work with essential business partners across the organization, often at a senior level, advocating for customer benefits.

•Understand and engage with your customers.

•Focus on outcomes over outputs, using design thinking methods and analytics to inform product design.

•Collaborate across teams and with other developers/analysts to align the customer journey and dependent backlogs.

What You'll Need to Have:

•Prior experience with customer/user segmentation and first and third-party data.

•Strong skills in curating, refining, and developing audiences for stakeholder teams across the enterprise.

•Hands-on experience using platforms to build, manage, and activate audiences.

•Ability to guide and enable stakeholder teams in their audience-led programs.

•Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with essential business partners throughout the organization.

•Experience in advocating for customer benefits and using a matrixed influencing approach.

•Proficiency in using design thinking methods and analytics to inform product design.

•Ability to collaborate across teams and align the customer journey and dependent backlogs.

•Proficiency in Site Catalyst, Google Analytics, Tableau, and/or other applications to effectively understand the results of digital efforts and make recommendations for strategy enhancements.

Pay Range:

$70-$90/hr+
