Innovative auto retailing establishment is looking to build an in-house digital agency. Strong analytical reasoning, lead, and ROI generation experience required. CRM & Sales operations experience is helpful. Role will span B2B and B2C lead generation.

New management is focused on growth (President is prior founder of Yodle.com/$360mm exit to Web.com in 2016)

Responsibilities:

  • B2B and B2C Lead Generation
  • Driving inbound leads to sales reps
  • Optimizing and growing marketing budget
  • Managing and maximizing ROI on marketing expense
  • Managing and developing brand equity
  • Tracking performance metrics
  • Utilizing a data-driven approach to advertising and marketing
  • Working cross-functionally with tech, product, and design to make product recommendations to improve “salability”
  • Working with the sales team to improve “Sales Betterment”
  • Utilizing CRM to track lead/sales closing
  • Developing programs to generate referrals through affiliates, review sites,
  • Monitoring competitors to ensure

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in PPC
  • Undergraduate degree from 4-year institution
  • Business-related major (finance, accounting, marketing concentration)
  • strong English written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
