Insurance Digital Marketing Strategist
The Digital Marketing Strategist will
specialize in
data analysis, performance trend monitoring,
use insights from data to develop and
optimize
marketing strategies
, and present findings and insights to internal stakeholders
for ACE’s Insurance line of business (auto,
home
and life).
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of
the digital marketing landscape
with hands on experience extracting data from ad
and reporting platforms
such as Meta,
YouTube,
Google,
Tableau, and
Adobe
Analytics.
Candidate will understand the digital ad ecosystem, from creative, audience targeting capabilities, bid strategies, optimization best practices, landing pages, content management, and how digital ads are tracked and measured online and offline. Will also have experience with
a/b
testing methodologies
and brand lift studies,
for paid media advertising and
l
anding
p
age optimization.
Responsibilities
Collect and analyze metrics from
advertising
platforms
such as Meta, Google
Ads, SA360,
ACE Tableau Phone Reports,
etc...
present findings
and learnings
from analysis,
and
identify
opportunities to increase campaign performance.
Build reports with data visualizations in Excel to
measure
and
monitor
marketing KPIs

track performance to benchmarks such as
spend,
impression, CPM, CTR, leads, an
d
conversions

Investigate
data anomalies and
identify
root causes of issues

collaborate with cross-functional teams like Big Data, E-Business, Product, Marketing
, and external agencies
to fix the issues.
Partner
closely with
media
planning team to
establish
optimal
budgets and marketing channel mixes that will yield the best results.
Collaborate with Marketing Strategists to d
evelop plan
s
, execute,
optimize
and measure cross-channel
strateg
ies
for paid media
to achieve
marketing
objectives
, such as building awareness or
generate
insurance leads.

to ensure
proper tracking & measurement
across all marketing channels

Provide support in administrative functions related to media estimates and
invoices.
Qualifications
BS or BA Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is
required

Strong consideration for people with degrees in Information Systems
or
Marketing
3-5
years
managing
digital marketing
campaigns
, preferably “hands-on”
experience
with viewing results an
d extracting data
directly
from
Meta and Google Ads platforms
and
consolidating
results in Excel

Strong e
xperience with analytical and reporting tools such as
Tableau and Google Analytics.

Ability to manage & prioritize multiple projects, and effective at setting clear expectations around timelines & deliverables to senior leadership.

The starting pay range for this position is:
$94,900.00 - $126,500.00 Additionally, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
