Regional Marketing Specialist, CPBU

Job Duties: Identify the target market segments for products and assist product line performance. Participate in the new product development as well as existing product promotion through optimal marketing mix. Provide market feedback and market trends for the product development/R&D group to improve or generate new product ideas and verify related market potential. Conduct market research and customer analysis to understand customer needs and competition activities, identify and clarify core competences for product line. Develop an optimal marketing strategy, marketing mix, and execute it effectively to help achieve products sales objectives and goals for responsible product lines. Work with North America Sales Team to collect market information (customer’s buying behavior, criteria of purchase decision, pricing acceptance, product package, etc.) and identify new business opportunities for antibodies products. Engage KOL and compile customers’ testimonials, scientific data and work with R&D team to develop technical content for website and marketing collaterals.Requirements: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in biology, biomedical engineering, or closely related life sciences discipline and one (1) year of work experience in marketing, as marketing specialist or related, or other commercial experience, such as technical support and sales in life science. Specific requirements: Minimum one (1) year of hands-on experience in fundamental life science research experiment techniques, including electrophoresis, western blotting, gene editing, plasmid purification, PCR, ELISA, cell culture, immunohistochemistry. Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills as evidenced by one (1) year of experience. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as evidenced by one (1) year of experience.
