The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing creative lead-generation campaigns across multiple channels, aiming to drive new business opportunities and meet monthly lead-generation goals. This position also includes supervisory responsibilities, managing a team of Brand Ambassadors.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute innovative lead-generation campaigns across various channels to drive new business opportunities
  • Execute direct mail marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of leads
  • Strategically identify neighborhoods & build execution maps to deliver marketing materials.
  • Create and implement customer engagement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Formulate and deliver training programs to brand ambassadors to improve their customer engagement skills and expertise.
  • Build partnerships with local associations, organizations, and communities to enhance brand visibility and expand co-marketing opportunities.
  • Ensure brand alignment across marketing materials, coordinate with vendors, and proofread collateral for quality and consistency.
  • Continuously develop new strategies to enhance touchpoints within a customer's journey to increase conversion rates.
  • Develop and maintain a robust referral program, encouraging satisfied customers to refer friends and family.
  • Quantify, track, and develop strategies to lower customer acquisition costs.
  • Lead and manage a team of Brand Ambassadors, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
  • Set performance goals for team members, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.
  • Assign tasks and projects to team members, ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Operates safely in all conditions.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.
  • Follows company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience, required.
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a marketing or communications role required.
  • One (1) year of supervisory experience required, 3+ Preferred.
  • Successful experience developing, implementing, and achieving results with marketing strategies.
  • Proactive and organized multi-tasker capable of managing multiple concurrent deadlines.
  • Precise, concise, and polished verbal and written communication skills.
  • Independent, motivated, and results-driven in generating new leads.
  • Proficient in Google Suites and experience with CRMs.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
