As a Director of Philanthropy Marketing and Engagement, you willbe a key member of the Office of Communications and Brand Strategy (OOC)in partnership with the Office of Institutional Advancement (OIA) andAlumni Relations who collaborates with colleagues at the Medical Collegeof Wisconsin (MCW) and Froedtert Hospital to direct the philanthropymarketing and engagement strategies to drive and support the overallphilanthropy strategic plan. The Director leads the development andimplementation of philanthropic marketing, branding, and promotionalefforts to enhance the image and reputation to drive donor engagementand philanthropic revenue. Tasks include but are not limited to projectmanagement of marketing initiatives, production, cause marketing andspecial initiative support. The Director maintains close andcollaborative working relationships with MCW and hospital philanthropyleadership and frontline fundraisers, department administrators, boardmembers, donors, MCW OOC, and key vendor partners in support ofphilanthropic objectives. Responsibilities: Develop effective,integrated philanthropy marketing and engagement multi-year strategiesand plans in collaboration with and under the direction of the MCW VicePresident of Marketing Communications. Oversees the development ofeditorial calendars for philanthropy channels to ensure consistency andbest practices for donor communications. Collaborates to ensureconsistent philanthropic messaging, branding and themes throughoutchannels that highlight philanthropic and donor storytelling.Responsible for marketing analysis, performance reporting andidentifying philanthropic marketing engagement opportunities with ourbrand. Create and disseminate consistent and \"on brand\" philanthropicmarketing materials based on brand positioning, defined organizationalobjectives, and a deep understanding of the stakeholders,messages/channels and vehicles. Support the development, design, andproduction of collateral, online and offline multimedia that reflectconsistent branding standards and drive philanthropic revenue.
