Field Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Field Marketing Manager for a hybrid 3-month contract position in Seattle, WA. This role focuses on executing integrated marketing campaigns with a primary objective of generating high-quality leads (MQLs) from third-party trade shows and conferences. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team, manage end-to-end marketing processes, and collaborate closely with sales teams to drive business growth.
- Hourly rate range: $45-48/hr
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns targeting C-suite and senior decision-makers.
- Utilize a variety of marketing channels including webinars, direct mail, third-party events, and first-party executive engagement events to engage customers.
- Focus on lead generation activities at trade shows and conferences to capture and nurture MQLs for the sales team.
- Oversee the execution of third-party trade shows and conferences, ensuring seamless operations and maximizing lead collection.
- Collaborate with external agencies and partners to ensure successful event outcomes and alignment with business objectives.
- Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Sales Enablement, and Product) to define campaign priorities and manage relationships.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders to align on goals and deliverables.
- Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics for all campaigns and events.
- Identify opportunities for campaign optimization and share insights to improve future performance.
Required Qualifications:
- 2-4 years in integrated marketing campaigns with a strong emphasis on digital marketing and B2B field marketing.
- ???????1-2 years of experience in managing email campaigns and event marketing, particularly within the financial services sector.
- Proven track record in executing successful third-party trade shows and conferences aimed at lead generation.
- Familiarity with managing executive engagement programs and developing webinars.
- Proficient in Salesforce and other CRM or project management tools such as Airtable or Asana.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong ability to visualize data and deliver executive readouts.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in measuring and reporting on marketing campaign performance.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, take ownership of projects, and execute with excellence.
- Experience working with design agencies and a firm understanding of content strategy and design principles.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
