This is a salary-plus-commission opportunity that is located just a short 30-40 minute drive from Youngstown, OH; Zelienople, PA; or Meadville, PA. If you have consistent sales habits and a careful selling strategy that has yielded demonstrable success with excellent questioning and listening skills, and if you have experience selling to high net-worth individuals, or selling large ticket items that have a long sales cycle, you will love our sales culture! The Sales and Marketing Director serves as the coordinator for the sales and marketing efforts of Shenango on the Green. The role is responsible for monitoring results, providing updates to the Senior Director of Sales and Marketing for Presbyterian SeniorCare Network with necessary reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. • A rewarding career with an opportunity to make a difference What we are looking for: We need a seasoned, hard-working professional with an upbeat personality who appreciates the value of a team and who has the ability to quickly learn new things. The Sales and Marketing Director is required to:
  • Have a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 3 years of Marketing and Sales experience. Management skills and experience working with older adults is a plus;
  • Demonstrate the ability to evaluate and respond to the expressed objections, needs, and desires of Shenango on the Green prospects and to communicate market trends;
  • Maintain reliable transportation for travel to off-site events;
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills to support, advise, and influence others;
  • Be able to effectively interact with all levels of management and staff, including licensed healthcare professionals;
  • Be proficient with PC and Microsoft Office applications and have knowledge of Human Resource systems.
