Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving digital initiatives across various platforms to enhance brand visibility, engage customers, and drive sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, e-commerce management, and social media platforms. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Woodinville, WA.

Primary Responsibilities: Support the Marketing Director in the execution of the marketing plan with a concentration on digital and e-commerce.

Social Media Management

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and manage online community interactions.

E-Commerce Management:

  • Assist in managing DTC and third party e-commerce platforms and online storefronts.
  • Support the management of the company's Speakeasy platform, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Email Marketing:

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage customers and drive conversions.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum effectiveness.

Online Gifting:

  • Create and manage online gifting programs and promotions to drive sales and enhance customer experience.

Digital Optimization:

  • Implement strategies to optimize digital channels, including website, mobile apps, and online advertising, to enhance user experience and drive conversions.

Customer Review Oversight:

  • Assist in monitoring and managing customer reviews and feedback across various online platforms.
  • Implement strategies to improve online reputation and customer satisfaction.

Digital POS (Point of Sale):

  • Create and manage digital POS materials such as banners, in-store promotional materials, and digital assets.

Commercial Digital Programming:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital programming initiatives to support commercial objectives.

Trade Development:

  • Work closely with sales teams to develop digital marketing materials and programs to support trade initiatives.

Brand Board, RMM, Marketing Summit Management:

  • Assist in managing brand boards, marketing resource management (RMM) systems, and marketing summits.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the spirits or beverage industry.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce, email marketing, and social media.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive insights and optimize strategies.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms
  • Experience with CRM systems and email marketing automation tools.
