About the Role
As the Manager, Retail Marketing, you will help plan, build, and execute seasonal marketing and retail strategies, ensuring that Athleta brand and product campaigns have a strong presence across our fleet of stores. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Retail Marketing, this role is a pivotal member of the Athleta Marketing team. From planning to implementation and analysis, you'll have a hand in a range of exciting work - from seasonal marketing to new store openings, to signage, to windows, and more. This role is highly collaborative and involves partnering with many cross functional partners from creative to field teams to help bring Athleta to life across our stores.What You'll Do
  • Help build, implement, and execute seasonal retail marketing programs that grow brand awareness and drive traffic to our stores.
  • Play a role in seasonal hind sighting and gather ongoing competitive insights to inform strategies and stay relevant.
  • Lead briefing and collaborating with retail creative partners-Visual Merchandising, Creative, Field Visual and Retail Production- to develop store-specific marketing that reflects seasonal strategies and drives store experience impact.
  • Execute and implement retail marketing tools, collaborating closely with retail partners to address store-level needs.
  • Set retail marketing calendar, coordinate cross functional activities and planning processes, manage timelines, and ensures timely completion of all deliverables.
