Job Description:

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As Manager, Channel Marketing you will support a variety of sales channels with strategy, programs, sales tools, and go-to-market planning to drive customer acquisition, loyalty, and growth.

Leading the Lennox Commercial channel marketing team, you will collaborate with senior leadership, marketing peers and cross-functional teams to position Lennox as the commercial HVAC manufacturer of choice.

You are empowered to create strategies that achieve business growth goals through our full range of sales channels, including contractors, engineers, and national accounts.

This high-visibility position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on company results by owning and directly contributing to major strategic initiatives.

In this role, you will focus on:

  • Channel growth strategy: Create channel- and vertical-specific strategies to drive business growth goals in collaboration with other marketers and sales.
  • Attracting new business: Create new business campaigns that attract and convert our ideal customers.
  • Growing existing customers: Help make our customers more successful by enhancing a suite of programs that support customer growth and retention, including the Commercial Alliance program.
  • Sales Engagement: Annual go-to-market planning and execution through sales channels.
  • Promotions management: Build a suite of promotions that achieve sales goals and align with business strategy.
  • Sales support: Drive efficient, responsive systems for supporting field sales requests.
  • People Leadership: This position will manage two direct reports, with future potential for more.
  • Marketing collaboration: Proactively work with Integrated Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Services Marketing to maximize our teams effectiveness.

Qualifications:

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • An MBA is preferred but not required.
  • 8 or more years related experience.
