The Director, Fragrance Marketing will lead the Dior Marketing strategy and all related programs in US market for both existing and new products in the Men's Fragrance portfolio.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive and deliver ambitious business targets while protecting brand equity to deliver best in class execution
  • Inject innovation and creativity to maintain competitive leadership and redefine the category
  • Develop and maintain competitive intelligence and customer knowledge for the North American Fragrance market.
  • Interface with Marketing counterparts in HQ/France in order to ensure alignment of global brand strategy.
  • Provide strategic input to HQ/France in the specific areas of product development, promotional marketing, pricing, and 360 activations.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Trade on the execution of promotional strategies and lead account presentations to major retailers.
  • Partner with Finance/Sales/Planning to develop forecasts and monitor inventory of regular, promotional, and sample product.
  • Lead cross functional teamwork in all business endeavors. (Visual merchandising, Events, Education, E-Retail, Media)
  • Analyze and refine shipment forecast on a monthly basis
  • Develop and recommend pricing for Fragrance programs and assist in preparation of company price increase recommendations.
  • Forecast quantities for new Fragrance/line extensions as well as manage and coordinate launch execution with Sales, Creative, Trade, and Education.

  • Ability to function in an entrepreneurial environment - hands-on approach and ability to adapt to change
  • Ability to travel (10-15%)
  • Fluency or working knowledge of French is preferred
