Primary responsibilities shared with other digital marketing specialists will include management of email marketing, direct mail, and other digital channels; providing ideas and coordinating content for campaigns; managing external vendors; communicating with members and potential members via digital mediums; analyzing digital media channels and preparing reports; assisting with events and charitable activities when needed; and looking for opportunities that promote the Credit Union philosophy.
This is an on-site position based at our Corporate location in Green Bay, WI.
This role focuses on developing and executing on member and campaign email, direct mail & digital strategies through an analytical, target-first approach for different products and services the credit union offers.
Responsibilities include managing and optimizing an email and direct mail campaign calendar in partnership with the Sr. Digital & product Marketing Specialist and key marketing stakeholders.
Recommend and execute audience targeting strategies across multiple channels, such as email, direct mail, paid social, and digital banking.
Develop key insights through data analysis to inform strategy and campaign decisions to drive greater profitability for email, direct mail, and digital focused campaigns.
Collaborates with team to set and coordinate digital marketing strategy and website management with compliance and analytical considerations.
Develops and executes member correspondence through digital channels such as website alerts, landing pages, emails, and blog posts.
Conducting thorough analysis of digital marketing campaigns and website performance using analytics tools to optimize for conversion and ROI.
Providing regular reports and insights on key performance metrics to stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. As needed, creating graphics for email, website, print, landing pages and similar.
Conducts market research to maximize the advertising results as it applies to target marketing, demographic considerations, delivery channels, and media selection.
Staying updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, web design, and user experience to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
Maintains a positive brand image through timely response to reviews, comments and other communication through social media platforms and managed listings, such as Google Business Profile.
To excel in this role, it will be crucial to develop a deep understanding of our members and products.
Supports current and future software integrations between website and other service providers.
Follows regulations and compliance protocol in relation to digital content.
Assists with the execution of ongoing branding campaigns, promotions and content creation.
Assist in the management to social media platforms and content creation.
Necessary Experience and Qualifications
Demonstrates a curiosity to learn Capital’s Vision, Mission, and Values with a goal of helping to enhance the member experience.
Has a bachelor’s or an associate degree in Marketing or a business-related field and a minimum of 3 years of work experience in relatable positions with proven results from executing digital marketing strategies.
Must be proficient with Google Analytics and website management. Understanding of Google Adwords, and Google Search Console are a plus.
Ability to brainstorm and bring new ideas to the table on how to grow and improve email and digital marketing strategies.
Enjoys research and keeping up with local marketing mediums and strategies. Intermediate understanding of paid media through various channels is preferred.
Excellent listening, reasoning, negotiating, time management, and project management skills, along with the ability to set and execute goals under tight deadlines, navigate complexity and adapt quickly to changes.
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to effectively work and communicate with ease across the organization.
Motivated self-starter with a willingness to roll up sleeves.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining flexible.
Analytical ability to research problems, propose solutions and find resolution for both external and internal customers.
Pays close attention to detail and maintains a high degree of accuracy.
Can read, write, and comprehend detailed and technical instructions, and translate technical (procedural) information for a non-technical audience.
Must be able to effectively communicate with a diverse group of employees and members, both on an individual basis as well as in group settings. Requires strong oral and written communication.

Possesses the ability to exercise a high degree of independent judgment and support overall business objectives.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
Prefer a candidate with basic knowledge of industry products, services, and procedures as normally acquired through three to six months of on-the-job experience.
