We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Marketing & Communications Manager to join our BNY Pershing, Transformation Office, Client Communications team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Maintains collaborative relationships with senior business stakeholders and external partners to align activities to key strategic objectives and disseminate messages within client segments.
  • Directs, plans, and executes communications functions across digital platforms in support of the firm's key strategic initiatives, business, technology, and regulatory change events. 
  • Executive visibility and participation in organization events. 
  • Educates clients and shares information to build their understanding of issues, industry and business change events, products and solutions. 
  • Communicates broadly across organization.
  • Provides strategic guidance and creates compelling vision. 
  • Generates and considers actions for achieving long-term goals. 
  • Helps drive strategies most likely to succeed and influences resources accordingly.
  • Makes sound and influential decisions even in the absence of complete information.
  • Establishes high standards for personal accountability. 
  • Considers and manages firm level risk.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • 12+ years of related experience, with 3+ years of management experience preferred.
  • Strong writing and communications skills.
  • Experience in the securities or financial services industry is preferred.
  • FINRA Series 7 and Series 24 required within the first 90 days.
