We are looking to add a B2B Content Marketing Manager to our Acuity Scheduling marketing team. Acuity Scheduling, a Squarespace company, allows users to schedule appointments directly on their website in a seamless way, taking away the administrative burden of their business so users can focus on what they love.
As a Content Marketing Marketer, you will develop and execute content strategies that elevate Acuity Scheduling's brand presence, engage our target audience, and drive customer acquisition. As the Content Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating compelling, creative, high-quality content that resonates with our audience across various channels, including the website, blog, social media, email campaigns, and more.
You will report to the Head of Marketing for Acuity and have the option of working remote (within the U.S.) or on-site (hybrid) at our NYC headquarters.
You'll Get To…
Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with Acuity Scheduling's business objectives and target audience.
Own Acuity’s tone of voice and content style guide, ensuring content is creative, engaging and is consistent across channels
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key content themes, topics, and formats that resonate with our audience.
Produce inspirational and informative content, including blog posts, case studies, webinars, landing pages, emails, social posts, and more.
Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure all content is optimized for SEO and follow best practices
Manage Acuity Scheduling's social media presence by creating shareable and engaging content for each channel
Collaborate with internal teams, including product, customer support and product design to gather insights and create content that addresses customer needs
Work closely with the CRM team to optimize email workflows
Analyze content performance using relevant metrics and tools to refine strategies and improve engagement
Who We're Looking For
6+ years experience as a Content Marketer or in a similar role, with experience driving strategies that contribute to customer acquisition and revenue growth
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Strong portfolio of successful content campaigns for SaaS businesses
Exceptional writing and editing skills
Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically about content development
Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization techniques
Experience with social media management and email marketing tools
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent project management skills
Experience uploading and managing content in CMS platforms such as Squarespace or others

Cash Compensation Range: $115,500 - $203,550 USD
The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, and location, among other factors.
In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include on-target commissions or overtime pay), all Squarespace employees are eligible to receive equity in the company as part of their total compensation.
