Develop and coordinate the company’s market research, marketing strategies, marketing plans, campaigns, brand development, advertising, and public relations projects.

Duties:

  • Create, implement, and manage market research, marketing strategies, annual marketing plans, and campaigns that align with company goals.

  • Maintain a marketing budget using internal and vendor co-op resources.

  • Manage the creation, development, and maintenance of the company website, SEO, email blasts, newsletter, direct mail, online advertising campaigns, social media and lead generation.

  • Manage the creation, development, and use of company printed and digital materials such as brochures, promo items, leaflets, folders, pdfs and advertisements.

  • Assist in trade shows and other company activities/events.

  • Lead generation and management of leads.

  • Assist sales team by creating quotes

  • Assist sales team with product demos

  • Help facilitate communication between all departments within the company.

  • Assist in the development of automated processes to easily accomplish marketing tasks.

  • Development and deployment of internal incentive programs for employees designed to improve customer service, satisfaction, and efficiency.

Compensation will be based on experience.
