Overview

Are you a dynamic and detail-oriented marketing professional with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences? We are looking for a talented marketing account manager to join our team and drive the creation of compelling marketing campaigns and materials for our internal clients. In this role, you will be the bridge between our creative team and our clients, ensuring all marketing initiatives align with business goals and brand standards.

How you'll make an impact
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal clients, understanding their marketing objectives and turning requests into actionable items for the creative production team.
  • Ensure the teams have articulated a cohesive marketing strategy to guide their marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop and deliver marketing materials that meet brand standards, marketing goals and deadlines.
  • Learn to use our project management app () to manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, such as collecting client creative briefs, quality control reviews, client approvals and final asset deliveries.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on project status and gather feedback to make necessary adjustments.
About You

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree and 3 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience, OR High School degree with 8 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience.
  • License required.
  • Able and willing to travel approximately 25% of the time.

Highly Preferred:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong understanding of design basics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Exceptional time management and organization.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have: 

  • Make simple copy edits with Adobe Creative Cloud design apps.
  • Review and write short MarCom copy.
  • Create and execute email campaigns, including analytics.
