As the Marketing Manager for our Australian broking insurance and risk management business, the purpose of this role is leading prospect or acquisition style B2B marketing strategically and operationally through brand, consideration, demand and lead nurture marketing campaigns (paid and organic). The focus is on creating and maximising positive impact on business target audiences to attract new business to Gallagher broking services, predominantly in mid to large business sectors, building the Gallagher brand, driving revenue and market share.

The role is part of the Marketing & Communications team whose core goals and responsibilities are to prioritise Gallagher brand growth, prospect marketing, partnership activation, client marketing, lead generation, communications and content marketing, digital marketing and technology, marketing insights and creative design services to contribute to Gallagher clients and prospects having an engaging and valued experience. Your responsibility will include:

  • Brand led marketing strategies and campaigns to drive awareness and value in the brand purpose in paid and organic channels locally for AUST business and in collaboration with global Brand
  • Prospect Marketing strategy leadership, planning and execution of multi-channel integrated campaigns in paid and organic channels and lead nurturing for target B2B audiences
  • Managing key supply services
    agencies, production teams/ suppliers and services to achieve effective marketing delivery for Brand and Prospect marketing portfolios

  • Manage Marketing operations and processes in key areas for brand and prospect marketing to achieve effective marketing qualified lead management processes and integration with marketing and business systems and teams
  • Digital, Creative and Content marketing contribute to and pursue results and impact for marketing performance in Brand and Prospecting through web, social, email, automation, and content strategies and creative initiatives
  • Effectiveness and optimisation through overseeing reporting, analysis, insights and attribution of related marketing programs, budget management, and strong stakeholder influence and collaborations to fulfil a focus on impact and results
  • Teamwork & Leadership to achieve results and build positive team momentum, collaborative working and demonstrating the company values.

This is a great role to be considered, if you are strategic and experience in developing and delivering creative campaigns across channels and media for B2B targets. This will suit a self driven, motivated professional with a passion for growth marketing and hands on yet strategic nature, who is organised and collaborative. You will have:

  • Degree qualified in Marketing/ Digital Marketing discipline and/or a demonstrated background in delivering high quality creative marketing campaigns across a broad range of topics, industries and disciplines
  • Minimum 5+ years experience in a similar marketing/ campaigns role, ideally with B2B experience and exposure to the insurance and/or financial services industry. Client and/or Agency side experience is acceptable.
  • Experience in digital marketing, social media and content marketing, communications, email marketing, and marketing technology platforms.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills including using project/activity plans, marketing calendars and other marketing tools.
  • Confident marketing decision maker and autonomous operator with high self-motivation and drive
  • Strong influencing and networking skills and in building rapport with internal stakeholders and service providers/ agencies.
  • Proficient analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Proven accountability for Marketing KPIs, planning and budget management
  • Confident with multi-tasking and meeting deadlines in a fast moving commercial environment
