Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ignite Product Visibility: Develop and execute cutting-edge marketing strategies that will set Hana brands apart in dispensaries across Arizona.
  • Build Powerful Relationships: Forge strong connections with dispensary management and staff, turning them into enthusiastic advocates for Hana products.
  • Be a Cannabis Guru: Conduct engaging and informative staff training sessions, showcasing the benefits, usage, and sales techniques of our top-tier cannabis products.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep a keen eye on market trends and competitor activities to identify and seize opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with the sales team to ensure our marketing initiatives are perfectly aligned with sales goals.
  • Create Buzz: Organize and lead exciting in-store promotions, events, and product demonstrations that will captivate customers and boost sales.
  • Voice of the Market: Provide insightful feedback to the corporate team on market conditions, customer preferences, and product performance.
  • Consistency is Key: Ensure all marketing materials and activities uphold Hana's brand standards and comply with industry regulations.
  • Additional responsibilities as needed
Education and Skills:
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience in field marketing, ideally within the cannabis or beverage industry.
  • Market Insight: Deep understanding of the Arizona cannabis market and its regulatory landscape.
  • Communication Pro: Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Team Player: Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Teams) and working knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Organized and Efficient: Strong organizational skills and impeccable time management.
  • Possess good moral values

Position Requirements

Minimum Requirements:
  • At least 21 years old.
  • Must have valid AZ ID or U.S. passport.
  • Must have an active Facility Agent Card upon start date
  • Must have reliable transportation.
    • You will be responsible to travel extensively within Arizona
  • Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50lbs.

Salary

A salary range of $40,000 - $45,000 per year with performance-based incentives.
