Description
The MGIS marketing team is lean and mean. We get a lot done with what we have. We need a team member who can assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of our marketing efforts. This includes managing our distribution calendar, building engaging campaigns, and contributing to the creation of new content assets.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Plan and execute on digital strategy in coordination with CMO
  • Publish content for blogs, social media, and email marketing
  • Manage distribution calendar and social media accounts
  • Review and synthesize email, web and social performance and metrics
  • Explore and execute paid media campaigns
  • Optimize digital content for SEO and keywords
  • Discover and cultivate new channels for content distribution
  • Assist with creation of thought leadership materials and promotion
  • Conduct market research to inform campaigns
  • Update sales and other materials including collateral and website content
  • Partner with sales team on broker and client marketing requests
  • Provide support for marketing processes (list management and much more)
  • Manage inventory of promotional marketing items and distribute as needed
  • Work cohesively with stakeholders and other team members
  • Any other marketing duties that may be assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of Marketing or related experience
  • Email marketing experience with a CRM platform like HubSpot
  • Experience with project management tools like Clickup, Trello, Basecamp, etc.
  • Strong writing ability
  • Some graphic design experience
  • Experience with Artificial Intelligence platforms to automate processes and outline content
