We are seeking an energetic self-starter to join our team as a Sales & Marketing Content Coordinator (SMC). Reporting to IOR's Director of Global Client Solutions, the SMC will work closely with the Global Client Solutions team (Sales) and IOR's Directors of Destination Services, Language Solutions, and Intercultural Solutions. The SMC will be pivotal in supporting our organization's sales and marketing efforts while bringing their creativity and organizational skills to the forefront.
This hybrid role will require two days per week onsite at the office.
This position is open to individuals legally eligible to work in the United States.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Client Solutions Support

  • Provide valuable support to the sales team by assisting with sales reports, presentations, and proposals and maintaining customer databases.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop creative strategies for reaching and engaging potential customers and help design eye-catching marketing materials that set us apart from the competition.
  • Develop engaging presentations and supporting materials for webinars and other virtual events.
Marketing Support:
  • Oversee, develop, and proof the creation of multiple forms of content to enhance IOR's thought leadership efforts.
  • Develop and manage a content calendar for email campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of engaging content to our clients and prospects.
  • Maintain and update our client contact database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information for targeted marketing efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to continuously improve our social media presence and industry-relevant content.
  • Coordinate and facilitate webinars, including scheduling, promotion, and post-event follow-up.
  • Manage the production and distribution of promotional materials and branded merchandise while staying aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop eye-catching graphics, videos, and other multimedia content to communicate our brand message effectively.
SEO and Website Maintenance:
  • Assist in implementing SEO strategies to improve our website's visibility and drive organic traffic.
  • Support website maintenance efforts, including updating content, optimizing landing pages, and troubleshooting technical issues.
Cross-Functional BU Support:
  • Provide support to various business units (BUs) within the organization by assisting with marketing collateral development, event coordination, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Join forces with other departments to ensure that our creative vision is aligned across the organization.
Reporting and Data Management:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and marketing activities, including customer interactions, leads, and campaign results.
  • Generate regular reports and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement to the sales and marketing teams.
  • Analyze data from various sources to uncover insights that drive our sales and marketing strategies forward and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or higher in international business administration, education, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales support, marketing coordination, or administrative roles.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms and/or experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Salary Description

$55,000 to $60,000 based on experience
