The pay range is $69,000.00 - $124,200.00

As a

Marketing Manager, Store Experience Marketing

, you’ll address guest and business challenges by developing clear and measurable in store marketing strategies and activation plans, guided by Target’s enterprise and pyramid priorities. You’ll lead with a guest-first mindset, knowing how they shop and what they need in store. You’ll regularly be in market to competitive shop and understand how other businesses organize and market their products as well as use your analytical skills to draw conclusions from relevant data sources to make appropriate recommendations. You’ll build and maintain strong working relationships with key partners both inside and outside the company as well as drive collaboration across the company. This role provides expertise and guidance on cross divisional projects w/in pyramid and/or across store. You’ll evaluate creative against your brief ensuring it meets project goals and objectives. This role is accountable to annual & monthly planning and forecast and ensuring department is maintaining safety, legal & patent guidelines and Target brand standards.

About you:

Four-Year degree in Marketing or equivalent experience

5+ years of marketing experience, strong preference for previous retail and marketing partnerships a plus

Demonstrated experience translating business strategy into marketing strategy and writing successful creative briefs

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with varying levels of detail

Ability to work effectively amidst ambiguity

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills

Meticulous organizational skills

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with partners internal and external to the enterprise, including effective guidance of cross-functional teams to advocate for guest-focused solutions

Strong sense of composition and design detail
