Full-time, 40 hours/week, incl. some evenings and weekends, hybrid roleMISSIONAt The Crossroads cultivates long-term relationships with unhoused young people who would otherwise be disconnected from consistent support Learn more about ATC’s mission at: www.atthecrossroads.org.Grants Program - 70%Manage grant applications and reportsSteward relationships with funders, support Executive Director in funder stewardshipOversee our grants calendar, strengthen our grants management system, and ensure that all deadlines and requirements are metResearch, identify and develop relationships with potential new funding sourcesCreate drafts of applications, reports, and attachmentsWork closely with the Executive Director to create annual development strategyIndividual donor cultivation, correspondence, and strategy - 15%Update donor stewardship plan. Strengthen existing strategies and create new initiatives for ATC’s donor cultivation activities and infrastructureFormalize systems for ongoing data collection and analysisMaintain relationships and correspondence with ATC’s existing mid-level donorsLead tours and one-on-one meetings with existing and potential donors to engage them more deeply in ATCAttend ATC Prep Nights to cultivate relationships with volunteers, who often become in-kind and/or financial donorsImplement End of Year & Spring Forward Donor CampaignsBranding and Communications - 15%Create an annual communications calendar and ensure that ATC has a clear, cohesive voice that runs through all of its communicationsOversee website management, email marketing, social media managementEnsure that the visual identity of ATC is consistent throughout our materialsCoordinate with Program staff regularly, to ensure that our communications align with our core values and client workSupport branding/communications and secure sponsorships related to ATC’s Annual Block PartyRecruit, Oversee and Manage 1 Branding and Communications internOther ResponsibilitiesParticipate in nightly outreach once per monthParticipate in semi-monthly community volunteer prep nightsPeriodically attend community meetings and events,Attend various All Staff, Management, DevOps team meetings as scheduledRequired Skills

:Previous professional experience with fundraising and developmentPrevious supervisory experience a major plusSignificant experience leading projects and managing team membersStrong ability to build relationships with people of diverse backgroundsOutstanding written and oral communication skillsComfort with public speakingHighly organized and detail-orientedHard-working and self-motivatedProficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce and Google platformsAbility to work well independently and work well as part of a teamAbility to think big-picture and implement projects and systemsAbility to work effectively and efficiently in an often busy, sometimes chaotic environmentHigh level of flexibility and ability to adapt to changing prioritiesComfort with ATC’s philosophy for working with youth and young adultsPreferred Skills:Experience working in a small to medium nonprofit settingExperience working on fundraising campaignsExperience with Adobe Suite and experience with graphic designExperience with Salesforce, GiveButter and MailChimp
