About the role:
As a Marketing Coordinator with TQL supporting our Corporate Giving team, you will be responsible for the successful execution of TQL philanthropic initiatives including sponsorship, employee matching programs, and cause marketing campaigns. You'll work alongside a dedicated team to ensure the smooth operation of our TQL Cares department, which manages over $4 million in charitable donations annually.

What you'll be doing:
Team up with Corporate Giving Specialist on internal fundraising campaigns and TQL Cares initiativesSupport the TQL sponsorship operation -- i.e. process requests, collaborate with TQL Cares team to recommend involvement, track approvals, handle payments, manage execution, and everything elseWork with Corporate Giving Specialist to create and submit company-wide correspondenceProvide strategic insight and critical thinking for continued growth and development of the TQL Cares programs, ensuring alignment with business goalsCollaborate with the Design and Communications Team to develop strong marketing assets for all campaigns and programsPartner with other members of the Corporate Giving Team on all program needs for all TQL employees
What you need:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field0-2 years of professional experience in a corporate setting or relevant internshipsStrong attention to detail while managing multiple projects at onceProficient in Microsoft ExcelEager to support your colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment and share our passion for giving backExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersSolve problems and approaching challenges with a critical thinking mindset
