About the role:
As a Marketing Coordinator with TQL supporting our Corporate Giving team, you will be responsible for the successful execution of TQL philanthropic initiatives including sponsorship, employee matching programs, and cause marketing campaigns. You'll work alongside a dedicated team to ensure the smooth operation of our TQL Cares department, which manages over $4 million in charitable donations annually.

- Team up with Corporate Giving Specialist on internal fundraising campaigns and TQL Cares initiatives
- Support the TQL sponsorship operation - i.e. process requests, collaborate with TQL Cares team to recommend involvement, track approvals, handle payments, manage execution, and everything else
- Work with Corporate Giving Specialist to create and submit company-wide correspondence
- Provide strategic insight and critical thinking for continued growth and development of the TQL Cares programs, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Collaborate with the Design and Communications Team to develop strong marketing assets for all campaigns and programs
- Partner with other members of the Corporate Giving Team on all program needs for all TQL employees
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
- 0-2 years of professional experience in a corporate setting or relevant internships
- Strong attention to detail while managing multiple projects at once
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Eager to support your colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment and share our passion for giving back
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
