Overview

The Brand Markeiting Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing the seamless integration of acquired brands into the organization. This role involves coordinating and executing the transition plan, ensuring brand consistency, and facilitating effective communication between teams. The coordinator will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition and alignment with the company's overall brand strategy. Additionally, they will monitor and evaluate the success of the integration process and make recommendations for improvement. Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

What You'll Do
  • Brand Transition Strategy:
    • Uphold AssuredPartners’ brand integrity in all actions and help with brand transition strategy.
    • Ensure consistent brand standards during legacy agency transitions.
  • Communications:
    • Handle internal communications to team members.
    • Manage external communications with clients, prospects, vendors, and carriers.
    • Redirect legacy agency websites to assuredpartners.com.
    • Build location pages on assuredpartners.com.
    • Deactivate social media accounts and launch Facebook child pages.
  • IT and Integration:
    • Coordinate with regional IT leaders for smooth acquisitions integration.
    • Implement @assuredpartners.com as the primary email domain.
    • Set up Templafy email signatures.
    • Update voicemails, greetings, and building signage.
    • Facilitate access to Corporate Printer and Promo/Apparel resources.
  • Collaboration
    • Assist Mergers & Acquisitions with agency onboarding.
    • Maintain brand consistency in collaboration with regional marketers.
    • Support promotional planning and field marketing communications.
    • Coordinate with regional HR for employee gifting and recognition.
  • Vendor and Platform Management:
    • Manage Promo/Apparel vendor (Creative) and Corporate Printer vendor (ArtCraft).
    • Oversee ZeroFox from a brand perspective.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks related to the Marketing Department.
  • Travel is up to 10% for this role

What You'll Need
  • Required Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or business.
  • Knowledge of all MS Office products.
  • Adobe CS knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong organization and communication skills.
