Position : Digital Advertising Specialist

PRIMARY PURPOSE : The Digital Advertising Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital advertising campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in digital marketing strategies and tactics, with a proven track record of driving successful online campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of digital advertising channels.

Primary Duties :

Develop and execute comprehensive digital advertising strategies to achieve business objectives.

Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.

Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies.

Create, monitor, and optimize PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns to maximize ROI.

Develop and manage budgets for digital advertising campaigns.

Analyze and report on the performance of digital advertising campaigns using tools like Google Analytics 4, Facebook Analytics, and other relevant platforms.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages that drive conversions.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new advertising technologies.

Perform A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign performance.

Monitor and respond to changes in platform algorithms and policies to ensure compliance and optimal performance.

Communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related experience.

3+ years of experience in digital advertising or digital marketing.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Working knowledge of digital advertising tools and platforms, including Google Analytics 4, Semrush, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and others.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative thinker with the ability to collaborate effectively with creative and marketing teams to develop engaging ad copy and creative assets.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Experience with A/B testing and other optimization techniques.

Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits :
