HRBP at Feishu Digital Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee and optimize digital ad campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X, ensuring they meet client KPIs.
- Develop and execute media strategies, including budget allocation, audience targeting, and performance forecasting.
- Conduct marketing research to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Manage campaigns, troubleshoot platform issues, and analyze performance data for improvements.
- Assist sales teams in pitching to clients, presenting media plans, and maintaining client communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline execution and maximize results.
- Conduct weekly client check-ins, provide campaign updates, and coordinate cross-functional efforts.
- Provide regular reports and insights, including quarterly performance reviews and optimization recommendations.
Qualifications & Requirements include:
- 3-4 years of digital marketing experience managing paid ad campaigns.
- Understanding of e-commerce, app acquisition, or gaming industries.
- Expertise in social media advertising and third-party data platforms.
- Ability to create and present media strategies and plans.
- Experience in marketing research to inform campaigns.
- Ability to pitch strategies and draft reports independently.
- Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive team player, thriving in remote work environments.
Note: After the Los Angeles office setup, remote work will transition to offline work by year's end.
