Marketing Coordinator and Administrative Assistant

Position Reports to : Director of Operations

Location : Colorado Springs, CO this is not a remote position

Salary : $57,500

Full-time Monday- Friday 8 AM- 5 PM

Minimum Education and Experience:Minimum of one+ (1+) years of experience with business social media contentMinimum 1-year customer service experienceAn understanding of basic computer programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookBenefits :

Our office is seeking candidates to fill our Marketing Coordinator/Administrative Assistant position. Our ideal candidate has experience maintaining business social media content. In this role, you will be the first person that staff, clients, and visitors see as they enter our office, so it is essential to create a welcoming atmosphere. A pleasant demeanor and professional appearance are necessary.

Responsibilities

Interfacing with our third-party marketing vendor regarding social media content managing timelines and post-screeningPerforms other related duties as assigned by managementAdministrative Assistant Duties and Responsibilities:Meets and greets all visitors; determines their needs and directs them to the appropriate employee/locationsAnswers, screens, and directs calls on the multi-line phone system in a courteous and professional manner; takes messages and/or forwards telephone calls to appropriate employee, or voice mailAssists in client servicing interfacingAssists in client paperworkLearns and becomes proficient with our client software program.Opens and routes incoming mailPrepares and forwards outgoing mail and packagesComposes and prepares routine correspondence as requiredPerforms general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing as requiredOrders and maintains supplies, arranges for equipment maintenance including submitting service/work orders, and keeps reception area organizedMaintains the cleanliness of the lobby and the employee break area.Demonstrates a prominent level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issuesOrganizes external investor eventsOrganizes internal Tuesday meetings and lunchPerforms other related duties as assigned by managementQualifications:

Minimum of one+ (1+) years of experience with business social media content (mandatory)Minimum 1 year customer service experienceKey Personal Traits:
