CHSN is seeking an experienced Creator/Influencer Marketing Manager to oversee, develop, and implement strategy working alongside our internal teams to create digital/social content tailored to our brand goals. This position will build brand affinity while building a creator network to align strategy and measure performance against KPIs. The Manager will be comfortable working in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment where we are eager to test and learn while growing our business. Excelling in this role requires a knowledge of what is trending/current on social platforms, an aptitude for developing creator/influencer strategies, a deep and current knowledge of digital platform offerings, how to best utilize influencers, a keen eye for compelling and innovative content and creative and excellent project management skills. They will work with and on key social media and digital platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, Threads, YouTube, Reddit and more as well as seek out emerging platforms that can help grow our fan base and brand.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:• Lead development of campaigns and long-term strategy for CHSN digital team, inclusive of influencer, creator, and content-oriented activations• Source influencers, foster partnerships and pitch relevant brand opportunities• Provide one-to-one, strategic campaign planning and negotiate contracts with influencers• Educate influencers on brand and expectations of content and campaigns• Inform on influencer & social media platform trends and partnership opportunities• Provide thought-leadership and subject matter expertise to internal teams during pitch process• Document, analyze, and provide meaningful insights on campaign performance• Partner with internal teams to integrate creator strategies and content into paid programs and amplification strategy

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:• BA/BS• 5+ years of experience with at least 2 years in an Influencer Marketing role developing and executing strategy and campaigns and at least 3 years of experience within Marketing, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, or Social Media Strategy• Expertise and success sourcing, recruiting, onboarding, and negotiating with Influencers• Proven track record of developing and implementing influencer campaigns• Experience across influencer platforms that include Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube are required with additional diversified spaces like podcast integration and other unique partner integrations preferred• Measurement-minded with a strong understanding of the performance metrics widely used and available data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills and experience in tracking relevant metrics• Experience analyzing influencer-specific metrics and full funnel impact• Strong verbal & written communication skills and client management skills• Ability to travel as required to direct content capture opportunities on set, in the field and at events

The Chicago Sports Network (CHSN) will launch in October across multiple platforms. The network will air more than 300 live Blackhawks, Bulls and White Sox games annually and include pre- and postgame coverage while showing multisport programming 24 hours a day. CHSN will broadcast from studios located in both Chicago's United Center and Guaranteed Rate Field. The network will start airing Blackhawks and Bulls preseason games in October, showing White Sox games beginning in 2025.
