Essential Functions

Collaborates with senior management to conceptualize designs based on brand style guides by contributing to thedevelopment of new concepts, systems and solutions; creating and maintaining packaging templates; and implementingpre-press standards.Manages and executes design production art based on brand style guides to ensure accurate, on-time deliverables byretrieving and referencing previous or related source files; working with vendors to refine supplied artwork and information; organizing and maintaining accurate, systematic files and file archiving; managing timelines and adjusting priorities of deliverables; implementing revisions and preparing files for release; evaluating proofs and providing feedback to printers; and producing and preparing timely and accurate files.Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans byproviding advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales.Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with keystakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoringprogress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands,organizational changes, and new responsibilities.Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company standards of ethics and integrity byincorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; anddemonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.An individual must be proficient in each of the competencies listed below to successfully perform the responsibilities of this position.Competencies

Entry Requirements

Education in Graphic Design (Bachelor’s degree preferred), Interaction Design, or related field and 2 years experiencein professional design experience, including print and consumer packaged goods (CPG) experience, or related field,OR 4 years experience in professional design experience, including print and CPG experience, or related field.Preferred Qualifications

2 years experience in print and packaging or related field.2 years experience in brand building.4 years experience with Microsoft Office suite (for example, Excel, PowerPoint) and graphic applications Photoshop,Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat.2 years experience in identity design.1 year retail experience.
