RemoteMarketing Project Manager Job Description:The Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring on-time execution of assigned projects, specifically as it relates to Cost Plan Transition initiatives. They will manage project workflow through stages of development, including reviews and regulatory approvals. They will also provide workflow tool support as needed for projects assigned to other project managers. They may be asked to support incoming project requests due to business needs.
What you'll do as a Marketing Project Manager:
Set up project schedules in the workflow toolDaily management of tasks in the workflow toolFacilitate stakeholder reviews and deliver feedback to copy and design teamsRoute projects for review and required approvalsRelease projects for production/distributionProvide status updatesSubmit key materials for filing and logging as needed for compliance requirementsHold meetings as required to support project completionHelp eliminate roadblocks and identify solutions for projects off-trackWhat you'll bring to the
Marketing Project Manager
role:
2-3+ years of consumer marketing project management experience1+ years of Medicare experience would be ideal, but not required if the candidate is an experienced project managerExcellent communication skills, written, and spokenExperience managing multiple projects with different timelinesExperience with print, direct mail, and landing pagesExperience managing projects using workflow software (Robohead or other workflow tools)Detail-oriented and able to quickly pivot to address changing timelines or requirementsComfortable with ambiguity
