Company seeking a Marketing Admin Assistant to join their team in Irvine. You will be responsible for event coordination, ordering materials, tracking inventory, maintaining accurate invoice records, coordinating event shipments, and other administrative duties as assigned. This is a temp to hire opportunity working M-F 7am-4pm with weekends off. This role is 100% onsite in Irvine and is paying up to $24/hr. Responsibilities

Prepares event applications and paperwork.

Send the Forward Product Literature Form to the Sales Manager for completion. This will help obtain specific information regarding the items being shipped to tradeshows and meetings.

Coordinates and maintains event deadlines, including services orders, insurance paperwork, products and services for onsite event guides, attendance registration, and other event specific deadlines.

Orders and coordinates events services and materials, including labor, electrical, furniture, flooring, and other miscellaneous event items.

Works with Warehouse staff and various shipping carriers to coordinate events shipments to, from, and between both domestic and Canadian events.

Maintains department project management software solutions and department documents to ensure accurate tracking of project status and information, problems to troubleshoot, accurate accounting, and other department needs.

Works to understand overall company and interdepartmental needs in relation to their own job responsibilities to better facilitate a smooth workflow.

Tracks and maintains accurate events invoice records for maintaining events budget tracking. May also generate the following year's events budget.

Works with Accounting Department and outside vendors to maintain accurate events invoice records, including for missing invoices.

Tracks and maintains events inventory through internal events material ordering and returns software and procedures
