As a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager, you will be leading lifecycle marketing and Account Based Marketing (ABM) efforts to activate, increase revenue through cross-sell/upsell, drive usage, retain customers, improve their skills, and expand the depth of their relationship with Microsoft. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the customer experience, demonstrate cross-functional leadership, and deliver performance insights to drive deeper engagement with customers. You will be accountable for delivering business impact through audience marketing aligned to FY25 TSI solution plays and scorecard. You will partner with sales, marketing, partner, sales excellence teams and our agency partners to drive customer engagement and work with data scientists to utilize models to identify opportunities to drive business impact. We are looking for a results-driven, data-driven marketer who has a track-record of influencing across the organization to drive results.

Responsibilities

Lead global lifecycle marketing and ABM planning and execution to drive activation, cross-sell/upsell, renewal, usage and skilling for TSI cloud and AI offerings and contribute to TSI business growth.

Provide strategic direction, set goals, facilitate idea generation, drive prioritization, and set the rhythm of execution/delivery for the cross-functional team across sales, marketing, partner, sales excellence, operations, legal/privacy and agency partners.

Develop engaging customer experiences, content and creative throughout the customer lifecycle by understanding customer behavior and feedback (qualitative and quantitative), leveraging an understanding of industry, market, and competitors' trends, and working with customer support teams.

Improve the skills and readiness of our customers by ensuring awareness and usage of nonprofit skilling resources via targeted, multi-channel communications.

Lead the marketing strategy for the Nonprofit Hub, Microsoft’s e-commerce platform for nonprofit offers, in collaboration with Philanthropies operations and MDEE teams.

Ensure consistency across marketing communications and documentation for digital sales, customer support and operations teams.

Work hand-in-hand with our sales excellence and analytics team to closely monitor business performance; identify opportunities for improvement; measure and report on the impact of the work done by the cross-functional team; and develop models or analyses needed to power the work.

Present to and interact with executives regularly about the strategy, data, and business impact/performance.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years integrated marketing, email marketing and ABM

OR equivalent experience.

Integrated Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year.
